First visit I had with Dr. Willenborg he was very prompt, informative and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or unheard. He was very open to kinda and “ went out of the box” to meet my needs for urgency for having my surgeries scheduled within the remainder of the calendar year. Surgery was great and I’m have no reservations to have my other foot operated on in December. His nurse and PA are both so personable as well and I feel so confident in him and his team meeting my medical needs.

Having worked in the medical field I am keenly aware of mediocre care and best practices care. Post COVID customer service has taken a dive in many industries. It was so refreshing to be welcomed with a smile by Dr. Willenborg and his staff. You are treated as if you are the only patient being seen by them that day!! No rush, all questions answered and encouraged to reach out to them with any questions or concerns once you leave. Time was taken to set up my post surgical appointment so as to ensure I have several options by which to schedule! Thank you Michael for navigating me through the entire process! See you this week😉

Dr Willenborg was highly recommended by a friend who had excellent contacts in the medical field. He is a wonderful, kind hearted, and truly professional man. His entire staff is the same way...everyone smiling, very kind, and highly proficient. Dr Willenborg performed reconstruction surgery on my dislocated and broken left ankle. It is looking like my ankle is heading toward 100% recovery. I am so pleased and thankful I found him.

Well, what led me to Dr. Willenborg wasn’t so great…with that said, Dr. Willenborg and team are GREAT! Perfect experience throughout my entire treatment plan (initial, surgery, rechecks, etc.) to include Dr. Willenborg, Mike and all the staff. Very impressive.

I’ve had three foot surgeries with Dr Willenborg and his staff in the last 18 months. He is a solid Orthropedic surgeon and I’ve had top-notch care from him and from each member of his staff.

Dr. Willenborg and his team are truly professionals. They have helped guide me through pre and post-surgery. I had a lapidus bunion correction surgery and everyone on the team was friendly, helpful, and took good care of me and answered all my questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend this surgeon and his team to anyone needing a foot or ankle doctor.
