I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 and when I arrived they told me my appointment was at 8:45. i didnt have proof because i was never sent a confirmation message. So it was their word over mines , I honestly feel like i was lied to for whatever reason. I believe everyone deserve to be treated fairly and equally no matter what the color of their skin is. I feel like i was discriminated against and i will not be returning back to their business. Nice place though ☺️

Front desk rude and flippant on the phone. Same person just as rude once there. Waited 25 min after the xray (xray tech was great) because she couldn’t be bothered to do what their own tech had said, print a cd. She dismissed me with…“tech will print it”. 20 min later had to be reminded again that the X-ray tech had asked her to burn the cd. She sent a younger front desk back to argue with the tech. More waiting. Eventually after enough head shaking and eye rolling, she mustered the will to give in her own staff and burnt the CD in about 60 sec. I was so sorry for having wasted their time… won’t happen again.

I had a hip MRI with contrast! I’m extremely claustrophobic and the staff is always very patient and supportive with me! They never rush me or make me feel self conscientious!
