My husband has his double surgery today and the doctor is the most caring professional and upfront answers all your questions makes you feel very comfortable in good hands my husband's surgery was a success. Wonderful staff the hospital staff was awesome I would recommend him for general surgery.

From December 7, 2021 until May 9, 2022, I had been under the care of Dr. Patrick Shovlin for a ruptured gall bladder, along with 5 surgeries altogether for an infection, placement of a colostomy bag and subsequent removal of the bag on October 17, 2022. With monthly follow-ups, even through home Healthcare, I was able to return to work including the gym. His compassion,guidance and professional care had always been in my best interest. He certainly is a miracle worker!!! Thank you Dr. Shovlin!!!

Fantastic surgeon. Dr. Shovlin listened to me and did necessary tests to see I had gallstones that needed to be removed. Very caring surgeon. My recovery was quick and very easy.

Dr. Shovlin is a gem. From my first meeting with him for a consult for my adult daughter to my own surgery yesterday, he and his staff are excellent. For my own consult he spent all the time I needed to listen to my needs and answer all my questions. My usual surgeon had retired and he will be my new one. He took the time yesterday to reexplain the procedure. Awesome bedside manner. And if you ask around the hospital staff like him too.

Dr. Shovlin recently performed my umbilical hernia repair. The result was excellent, surgery was flawless and recover pain was minimal. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.

Dr Shovlin and his staff are very kind and caring. Dr Shovlin is a very knowledgeable surgeon and did a great job on both my surgeries. His office staff is also very helpful and professional. He and his staff really do rise above the call of duty to provide top notch care for their patients. I would highly recommend them to all.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Shovlin. I had extensive colon surgery , and he was very informative as what was going to happen to me. After the surgery, Dr. Shovlin, and of course the staff at Flo Mo Pres. took excellent care of me. He visited twice a day , made me laugh and feel at ease. I thank God for his skills! Sorry for the workout! LOL! Thank you Dr. Shovlin, and God Bless!

I had Dr. Shovlin remove a fatty tumor several years ago. He takes time with you explaining surgery and complications and has a great bedside manner. Excellent surgeon ??
