Exceptional md. As a RN, I was impressed with his level of care.

Dr. Santos has been one of the best doctors I have seen. He listens to me and doesn’t try to just dismiss my concerns. He explained my test results well and didn’t hesitate to schedule the tests and procedures I needed. Very friendly and his staff is exceptional too!

I’m a Mother of 4 under 5. I arrived to my apt with my 3 month old who is exclusively breastfeeding. I drove 45 min round trip for the apt, and I was turned away. I was told they aren’t allowing anyone under the age of 16 to accompany you. I was never made aware of this prior to my appointment, or I would have clearly made other arrangements/found another option. They literally asked me if I could find a baby sitter. My husband called the office, as we were both extremely upset… any family of four littles understands how hard it can be to get out of the house to get anything accomplished - especially with a 3 month old. The woman on the phone placed the blame on me, saying they told me the day before the appointment. This is the transcript of the VM I was left - that she is referring it. This was handled poorly. They mentioned the CDC and masks (which I was wearing one) - mentioning the baby would need to wear a mask?? The CDC states 2 and up? What is the concern?? My 3 month old is going to spread Covid? Coming from the world of customer service, this was just terrible. They lost a new patient over it. Wild. Perhaps in the future, not place blame on the patient, when it was the error of the office. Also, perhaps some sympathy over a concerned Mama who is in their office to get her heart checked out.

Dr Santos is as fine a Dr as you will ever find. As a cardiologist you won't find a better one.However he is surrounded by uncommon incompetenceEverything from Hippa, deductibles, health and wellness Benifits, disability benefits and on and on.They are unfortunately far worse than he is great.My latest visit cost me $106.74, now I get another bill of $265.63 lolSeems as if I should pay the insurance portion as well.

Dr. Santos is wonderful with all levels of concern. He has taken great care of my grandmother, sister, brother- in- law, and my parents

He goes the extra miles for you. Easy to talk to and wears his heart on his sleeve. Great doctor

We were referred to Dr Santos after my husband’s heart attack from a close friend after dealing with so many other doctors and are so glad to have found him. Even after we lost our health insurance, his office was gracious enough to still let us work with seeing Dr Santos. We see only kindness, understanding, knowledge and the best care from him. As with any doctor we work with, office staff comes and goes and they don’t look after us, the doctor does and that is what is important to us. And Dr Santos is an excellent doctor for us.

Worse doctors office I have ever been too, very disorganized took longer to walk me to the back room than doctor spent time with me in office. Did not answer any of my questions, when I thought we were heading to another exam room doctor santos was actually walking out. Wish I had made a better selection as far as doctor! Very Very un happy! Would not recommend to no one!

Dr Santos went the extra mile. I went to the dr thinking I was fine. I just needed him to sign a piece of paper saying I could have oral surgery. The dr talked to me and asked many questions. I passed another EKG and stress test and expected to be cleared for oral surgery. Dr Santos asked more questions and recommended another different stress test. The second stress test revealed a 90% blockage and a stint was used to correct the problem. Dr Santos saved me from a heart attack by questioned me

To me Doctor Santos and his partners like Dr. Tran have been the best. God bless them all!!!
