Dr Arca has always been thorough and shown great care in treating my children. We have used her for many years.

I have been seeing Dr. Arca since she was located in Grapevine! Dr. Arca is brilliant and she is an Aggie which makes her even better! She practices safe and updated medicine! She has always been very caring! She does NOT give medications that are not warranted! I understand that is what so many people want, however, that is not good practice of medicine!! As far as these other reviews stating she is always late? That has NEVER been my experience! And the review stating that they should have left this clinic 2 years ago when she joined.... All I know is that she has been in this location for over 4 years! Dr. Arca you and your team are AMAZING

Fantastic! Fantastic! That’s Dr. Sandra Arca!! She is not a dr that is afraid to tell you the hard stuff that sometimes we don’t WANT to hear but NEED to hear! She will always stand up for what is right for her patients. She values and respects her patients privacy. I couldn’t be more thankful to have someone care for my daughter in the manner that she does. My daughter is becoming a young adult and she is comfortable speaking with Dr. Arca about anything! Dr. Arca has walked us through some dark times and she has done it WITHOUT judgement!!! Thank you Dr. Arca!!!

Dr Arca is extremely rude & condescending. She only cared about her opinion & not my child’s well being. Spent most of my well visit talking about herself after being 45 mins& I was the first appointment of the day.

Condescending & rude is the best description for Dr Arca.

Dr Arca is rude, condescending & uncaring. She could care less about hearing concerns & scolds parents if they disagree with her. I wanted to delay my daughters HPV vaccine until 12 yo appointment & she spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. There are too many great doctors within Cookes to put up with this horrible woman.

We moved to Flower Mound and required a doctor for my son. I made an appointment with Dr. Arca to start the process for evaluating ADHD as my son was showing many criteria and was having issues in school and after school activities. She was 45 minutes late to our first appointment and immediately was on the offensive about disagreeing about evaluating my son concerning ADHD. Mind you, she hadn't seen him before, didn't spend any time talking to him, or observing him. Her only fixation was his age (4.5). She disagreed with his schools because they are "all mostly wrong". Further she said they don't even start considering it until age 6, which I found after the appoint the American Association for Pediatrics changed their age guideance from 6 to 4 in 2011 (it is now 2019). She didn't listen to my descriptions and ended the appointment by leaving without any indication we were finish (5 minute appointment). Very unprofessional and operated on her own agenda rather than helping.

I will NEVER bring my child to this office again! I brought my child in 3 weeks ago for a horrible cough and congestion lasting 5 days. The doctor disregarded what I told her and all of her symptoms and sent us home with no antibiotics. 3 wks later We returned bc the cough is worsening PLUS fever. She gave her No antibiotics AGAIN For cough saying “she wasn’t worried abt it”. We went straight to an ER clinic and they instantly diagnosed her with extreme CROUP. UNBELIEVABLE. Never again!!!

I've got 3 children, ages 11, 8 and 6. We've been going to Dr. Arca since my oldest was 18 months old. We absolutely LOVE her and her amazing staff. If you have any questions or concerns, she will will sit with you and discuss them as well as to give advice on how to improve the issue.*Thank you Dr. ARCA and your amazing staff!!! The Bland kiddos and I love you, sooooooooooo much!! As long as you are in practice, YOU will be our pediatricians!!! ❤❤❤
