Dr Haroun is a good doctor. However, his office is impossible to reach by phone and actually talk to a human. I don’t want to communicate via text message. I try to stop by during their published office hours and the doors are locked. This isn’t the kind of relationship I want with a medical professional.

Dr. Haroun is great and I highly recommend him. However, getting through to the office is impossible and that is why my rating is low. My son had a procedure in April. We have yet to get the pathology report. I have requested it and my son’s other specialist has requested the report five times! This is impacting his treatment plan and is unacceptable. For that reason, I do not recommend this practice. If you need to call the office, you can never get through to anyone. This experience has been so frustrating and not okay. This is causing an issue with continued medical care and is neglectful.

Was easy to schedule an Appointment and check in didn’t take any time at all. Filled out the paperwork on line which probably helped. Staff was very nice. Was taken back to see the Dr. at my scheduled appt. time and was in and out in my less than 30 minutes. Dr. Haroun is very good and took time to answer some questions that I had. Would recommend him for anyone who has ENT problems.

This place is so hard to find it took over 30 minutes driving around the multiple bldg thete The dr spent an entire 5 minutes with me It was a waste of my time and money I’ll never use them again

The staff is wonderful. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, & thanked me for coming. Dr. Haroun listened to me, asked questions, & gave me solutions/options.

I just got hearing aids today! Dr. Rudes was excellent walking me through the process. I’m so delighted to know I can hear. The Resound hearing aids are awesome. I think even I can use the app! They are invisible to most people. I’m curious what I have been missing. The down side of this business is that it has been IMPOSSIBLE to call the office and speak to anyone. They keep telling you to text them. Different numbers. I did, to no answer. Today I was given another different number to text. It would be nice to actually speak to someone when you call. I don’t consider this good business practice. I am very pleased with the product, but very frustrated with the lack of communication.
