I had a good visit with Dr Chen. I really like her straightforward approach. She tells me my options and I pick one, with no pressure from her. She’s knowledgeable in her area of expertise. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr Fairbanks is always been great however I can't say that much about his nurse. After he left the room I was supposed to have my bladder scanned and I stayed there for 30 minutes and when I finally opened up the door and came out to the nurse station, the nurse was on the phone and the ultrasound machine was just sitting there unlike well I guess I need to just check out. I don't know if it was just poor communication or if she was too busy to finalize the visit.

I had a complication involving my catheter after a long surgery. It required immediate attention. Dr. Pickard was able to come to the hospital to look at my case. And ended up adding me, as a third operation on a Sunday afternoon.Dr. Pickard repaired my cause of the bleeding and got me back to my recovery after my back surgery. I can’t thank him enough. His bedside manner should be taught in school. He walked into a bad situation. and we all came out great. THANK YOU Dr. Pickard
