Don't go here if you have medical conditions that affect work and need medical paperwork filled out because the doctor I was seeing refused to fill out legal papers to accommodate me for work.

Great Staff, Amazing Doctors!!!

Made an appointment online, left work to attend. Get there…. And there is no one in waiting room. The place seems to be empty. The receptionist said she could not find my appointment and there were NO appointments available for the day. She would even attempt to work me in when there was literally no within sight waiting.

Appt was scheduled for 8am, FIRST appt of the day. I wasn't seen until 830 by the doctor...then waited additional 25 minutes for nurse to come in and do blood draw because she was having personal conversations at the desk. Your time is not valued here, sadly.

Made a new patient appointment here and I got the name of Dr. Kancharla off of my insurances website. 2 days before my appointment I was sent a pre-checkin email where I uploaded all of my insurance and health information, including photos of my insurance card front and back. I arrived early for my appointment (at their request) and was left to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes while the receptionist went to “go check something”. She came back and told me they don’t take my insurance. The whole point of me scanning my insurance card was for them to verify benefits and find this stuff out BEFORE I show up for my appointment. Total waste of my time. Not to mention that I have to start all over looking for a doctor. I should have known when I drove up and the practice is inside a Walgreens that something would go wrong. Very unprofessional.

I am so angry. Today I had an appointment in this clinic. I was waiting for one hour and 15 minutes and finally decided to leave without being attended. In the front office they told me that there was people with appointments after me, but they arrived one and a half hours before their appointment, and they decided attend them before the people that arrives on time!!! Crazy!! So, if you have an appointment it doesn’t matter, they can make you wait for hours…First come first served, no matter what.

Dr. Garrett did a fantastic job with my mother's health care. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my mother receiving expert medical care. Not only has she taken great care of my mother's health, but she is also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great and they were helpful. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend her.
