I cant thank you enough!!! My daughter was here for a long time and praise god she is a survivor!! it was so hard getting through our accident and we had so many times we were scared we would lose her but vibra has angels!!! Thank you god! All of the nurses and the rehab team were so good with her, and she got up again! My baby started taking steps!! I had so much love from the minute we came there from everyone! Tiffany was such an amazing advocate and checked in with us everyday!!!! She even helped us after we left. Thank you and god bless you all for what you did!

Please think twice or look into other options before placing your loved one here. For starters, communication is entirely lacking from case workers, social workers, to certain nurses as well. The caseworker/social worker that was assigned to my loved ones case was very confused, lacked professionalism, as well as sympathy and overall knowledge. A couple of the nurses neglected major concerns that we had in regards to my loved ones care, which led to further negative complications. The individual at the front desk - both of the young ladies - would often gossip about other workers, staff members, and otjer visitors which I've witnessed on previous occasions. Overall the neglect, and lack of consistency really left a horrible taste in our mouth and even though we escalated on many different timings, I would never place another loved one here again. There's a reason they were sued a couple years ago due to negligence, please do your research.

All of the staff here were so helpful and straightforward. Complete godsend and I can't thank you enough. They saved my life and if I needed anything they were right there to help. If I ever have to come to a hospital hope its this one. I can't say enough good things! The case manager and my advocate are A+ and I wouldn't have survived without this place.

Id like to thank everyone at vibra, I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. My experience with the cnas, rts, rehab and everyone. I'd like to mention a few names that went above and beyond, in rehab Renee, Sean, Joseph, John, yoshi and Cnas Nicole, Jean, Mayumi, the LVN Tami, Kristina and Noel In respiratory, Kate in speech and especially Ginger my case manager!

I feel that the nursing staff is excellent, the aides and occupational therapeutic care was great, dietary was great- they always check to see what I enjoy to eat most. The case manager took good care and now I get to go home. As a former nurse, I want to thank yoshi, Alice, mercy, Tiffany and Carrie for the support and kindness. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We had such an amazing experience at this hospital, it was really hard to leave because we became so familiar and comfortable with everyone. The staff across the board was amazing and we will never forget you. The nurses gave exceptional care, everyone was kind and I have never been anywhere where an advocate was so dedicated to checking in with us I felt like we were friends. We will miss you all

I was in Vibra for rehabilitation for 9 days and I would recommend them highly. I found the nursing staff to be exceptional. The food was OK.I had two nurse's I would like to acknowledge. The first was a young lady named She (yes thats her name) she has a very bubble personality. The man in the bed next to me was rather grumpy. The nurse's had a very difficult time dealing with him. He would not do as they asked.. One night She was working with him and they had a real conversation and no more trouble. The other nurse was Tammy, she was very attentive and went above and beyond. She made sure I had everything I needed. She made sure I was comfortable and kept my bed straightenedand fresh. Tammy is a great nurse.The rehabilitation personal were exceptional. Tim and John were my physical therapy guys and what a great team. The knew how to push me without over doing. The occupational therapist was Renee and again very good at her job.I would go back to Vibra should the need ever be. I can highly recommend them.
