the white Young lady who is at reception is really really rude . she told me to wait for her for a minute and yes 1 minute means 30 mins , becoz she is busy at goshipping with her collegues . all the time she lets patients waiting for her just for her goshipping , her attitude is really really RUDE . can’t even understand how bad and rude person like her can work in a clinic for supporting customer . she is the worst one i have seen in a healthcare clinic

AVOID this clinic AT ALL COST! I came here after reading bad reviews and thought they might have become better. I was wrong. The receptionists were too busy gossiping and the only thing they could give was an attitude, especially the young one at the office window. The doctor just recommended OTC.

The only reason i have went back to her is for convenience, but today i choose not to go back to her, she is very dismissive, her and her husband just awful, please find another Dr because they are horrible. i went in for a couple of reasons and she said she wasn't worried about the other reason i came in it at that time. WTH? I wish i could take that one star away.

It is the worst customer service I have ever received. Supporting team is terrible, rude, disorganize, doctor never call back. Avoid this doctor at all cost.

Been going here for years and realize I never really needed to go it was always for basic checkup and bloodwork. But the first time I was actually sick and needed them I completely understood the 1 star reviews. But I’m glad to have discovered how horrible they were because it helped me find my new doctor and OMG Dr Julian Lee is great.

Both the doctor and supporting team here are terrible! The reporting is also decades behind, no online portal? The receptionist was also very rude, I needed to have documents submitted to my employer for benefit onboarding, and she refused to have the forms signed without me making an appointment. Avoid this facility at all cost!

Staff is rude at both places never let you talk to the doctors you always get the run around with them the doctors never call back

Doc Jense is very friendly & explain your condition very clearly & takes time. They also have an office in Mesquite which I visit also.

If I could give this doctor a no star rating, I would. He is uncaring and incompetent. He is far more concerned with the almighty dollar than with proper care for his patients. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
