My son suffered a knee injury and finding Acclaim made getting appointment easy. Melissa was able to get me scheduled and helped me through the process. she made everything easy and I truly appreciated her help and kindness

This facility was sent a referral over a week ago for me and no one has called to schedule an appointment. Everytime I call to do so it either goes to voicemail or it's a long hold only for no one to ever answer. Will look for another orthopedic that will actually answers the phone.

I call for many days and only reach voice mail. With no response. Only one number for that whole office building. Ridiculous.

The wait was a bit long, but Dr. Garling truly went above and beyond. He takes the time to listen and go over your options and it’s clear he cares about patient safety and outcome. The office itself is clean and the nurses and front desk staff were all friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Garling!

A life changing experience for my family! After having a surgery elsewhere that damaged a nerve and left my wife with no feeling below the incision and chronic drop-foot we visited Acclaim. Dr. Travis Motley DPM was amazing and quickly noted that a specialist was needed so he referred her to Dr. William Pientka MD who promptly agreed with the diagnosis of Dr. Motley and scheduled her for surgery to repair the damage. These gentlemen are amazing, their staff is awesome, the wait times are short, and they truly seem to care about their patients. The entire office rocks, and these guys are superstars that have changed what would have been a life with no motor or sensory to her foot to a steady path to recovery.

Dr. Bryan Ming He was my emergency surgeon for a car accident. Told me he could not figure out why I was in pain. Was not willing to help me with a resolution. I seen him several times because I could hardly walk. Finally, I went to another doctor for a second opinion. He put me in surgery a week later To clean up the mess I had bone fragments floating everywhere. And hardly healing also my hardware it has been scratching me inside. I personally have never had a doctor not want to help. It was botched. I would never recommend!!!

Dr. Alan Garrett is the best surgeon that I have ever had. He has performed 2 surgeries for me, and I would not trust anyone else after another doctor almost made me lose me foot. Thank you Dr. Garrett for everything you have done! -Pat Griffin

I had a motorcycle accident beginning of April broke my leg and arm. Of course it was thank to another driver not paying attention, she hit me. I got a lawyer Godsey Martin law firm. 3 months later I get a notification from credit karma that I am under collections! I never got a call! The billing department says they do not call people. They just send letter and then they send you to collections. As if I’m not suffering enough now my credit is suffering thank you so much for the poor service and lack of communication RE: RESPONSE FROM OWNER: I APPRECIATE THE REPLY UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT CALLED TODAY... Update weeks later I have not heard anything from anyone I am calling to find out if they can remove this from my credit or at least let the agency know that my lawyer paid them but I’ve been on hold for 25 min.......this is so frustrating
