This place an doctor is the worst he has treated my mother for over a year and has no idea what is wrong with her. He has a big black women who works for him in billing.Who came called us back started to yellAt my mother about a balance which was payed. And when I called her out for being a liar. He dropped my mother cause we were rude to his employee. Don’t go here.

Made an appointment a month in advance for a Friday in order to accommodate my work schedule. Got to the appointment on time and was told the appointment was for the previous Wednesday, a day that I always work. There was no phone call either confirming or changing the appointment. They were not able to provide any explanation or help working me in until another month later. Good thing it wasn’t an urgent need. I would say be careful and call them to confirm your appointment before because something is not working within their front office staff to accommodate their patients. Won’t be back or recommend.

Excellent doctor . Knowledgeable helpful and knows what he is doing.I will highly recommend him.

Initially, I had my appointment date wrong. I was stressed, exhausted, tired of hurting, and just broke down. Kimber was understanding, compassionate and went above and beyond to get me in the same day. I'm beyond impressed with her integrity, and she's a shining example of what I would find behind the front desk. Debra was wonderful, her med assistant was kind, and dr Malik was quick and efficient and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Thank you to this amazing office staff for making this scared 32 year old woman comfortable.

He is always ready to hear your concerns and questions. Making sure you understand and feel comfortable about the disceisons being made. Though

I work for BSWH and the staff is amazing. I referred my dad to Malik based off of co-workers opinions and my own as I have spoken with him and his team during situations at work. I have nothing but the upmost respect for his team. Mugal stepped in on call got our situation taken care of with in the hour. I really just hope they never leave the Baylor System and that the Lord blessed them all daily. From oncall operators and follow up calls, me whom Dr. Mugal thanked for my part in my dad's care team meant a lot. I know my dad is in great care through the Baylor System and I hope not only to continue to work and meet people during my journey as a student nurse,but to provide the outstanding care that they have given us time and time again.

He and his staff are very knowledgeable and are caring as well.

A Doctor is only as good as his staff. Dr is pretty good, a bit hard to understand. The nurse never seems to know what's happening. Never has proper paperwork that may need to be filed. The office personnel never seem to be on the same page with each other. Rather is questions about billing, paperwork, referrals, precert' s or medication. The office has gone down hill since their P.A. Robin Ward left. I would definitely seek out another Doctor!

Dr Malik has done all but one of my surgeries. And is excellent to the core . I highly recommend having him as your heart Doctors
