TERRIBLE!!!

Dr Vories barely touched my throat. then sent me off to go see another doctor elsewhere. I was charged $200 for absolutely nothing. This man must beleive he is a celebrity. I will never return to this office again.

Had an appointment for my child there went in with lots of questions left with the same questions no one gets back to you after calling and leaving voicemails dr Andrew seems clueless and don’t give you your test results till next appointment don’t waste your time you will get nothing off the appointment .

Ive had a referral for this doctor for a few weeks. I have left multiple voice mails and no one had returned my calls

I went in to see Dr. Vories but I didnt feel like he had a lot of interest in the problems I am having with the fluids in my ears and multiple ear infections. I called the office 3 days after my appointment and after going back to my PCP to let his office know I had ear infections in both ears again and was asking about the nose spray he gave me to use but no one ever called me back.. it's been about 3 weeks that I've called and was told someone would call me back but I decided if I'm not worth their time, they're not worth any more of my money then theyve already hit me for. I have since found a new ENT who seems concerned and like she wants to help. Do your research before you make an appointment.

Best thing about this place was we were able to get an appointment very quickly... (Now we know why.) Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. Overall the staff was friendly upon entering. Took my child that is having terrible pain from tonsils too be evaluated. If you're looking for a dr that is welcoming and outgoing with children, probably not the place for you. I feel he had great knowledge so I decided to move forward with the surgery. Drove an hr and a half one way to do a covid test on a 5 year old (took time off work for), for our surgery to be rescheduled unknowingly due to covid. Not the dr or staff's fault covid is going around but I had to call the hospital the day before and ask why we still had no instructions for surgery the next day. They told me to call the dr. After many unanswered calls, finally 5 mins before closing I got in touch with the front desk. They informed me Dr canceled his surgeries for the week and said they called me (no missed calls or messages on my phone or husbands). Glad I called, would have showed up to the hospital an HR and a half away! Called back to see if they were rescheduling so I didn't have to put my child back through another dreaded covid test. After many messages, 4 days later got someone to call back. Nice lady but told her no need to reschedule us, it was a sign for us we didn't need to reschedule. A week later I've had 3 calls asking when we want to reschedule. Seems like communication isn't well amongst the staff.

My son has been seeing Dr.Vories sense he was 3 and is 14 now he has had to have multiple surgeries and has a upcoming one next week. Dr.Vories is a excellent Dr and would recommend him and his staff to anyone. Anna is a excellent part of his staff and always does everything she can to help.

Dr Vories is a very understanding, caring and has a great bed side manner with his patients.

Performed surgery on my ear and cautherized my sinus. I called the office 5 times trying to schedule a follow up appt to have the stitches removed. Stitches were to come out after one week. I had to get my PCP to remove them after 10 days. To this day I still have not heard a peep from him.
