Rachel is amazing!!!! She is very through and has a great bedside manner! I feel extremely fortunate to have found her! I did have a problem tho! NOT with the staff. Their automated texting system almost caused me to miss my appointment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. When I arrived I received a text message instructing me to reply by saying “arrived” .. I followed the instructions and waited for someone to call me . Long story short, don’t follow the text message instructions. Physically go to the check in desk! I don’t know why they have this system. It’s very confusing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tan for more than 10 years and I can tell you that she sits down with you takes the time to get to know you and not only your medical concerns but your personal concerns. She knows about my family I know about her family She’s very loving and very kind. In today’s world where everyone’s in a hurry and you feel like you’re being herded like cattle this is important to feel like you have a voice!

Well worth switching from current thyroid doctor to Dr Tan and he PA Rachel. They actually care about you as a patient and sit and listen to you. (Loved Rachel and her suggestions to test some things that have not been brought up in the past). Will definitely recommend them to others! Thanks Ladies!!!
