Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Very friendly staff, worked very professionally, place is very neat and well organized.

When i decided to check out Athletico I was suffering badly with sciatica, couldn’t make it through a full grocery store visit or cook food without using a chair. But since starting at Athletico, after each visit I get closer and closer to being fully functional once again.The physical therapists at Athletico Heritage Trace have worked so hard to get me better, and done it with their training, their compassion, their encouragement and their desire to see me succeed. I went to another therapy place first and all they wanted me to do was lay down each visit. Josh immediately started working on a plan and path to get me back on my feet and it’s working. In addition to Josh, the other pts have all the same goals to help their patients, not just me, every other person that walks in that door. The quality of care is making me better every day and that extends to Lily at the front desk who takes care of your insurance and maintains schedules. She is the one who answered my first phone call and said sure come on in and meet our physical therapists, and if it weren’t for her genuine caring voice, i might not have gone. As you see, i have found the place I needed to be and I am so very thankful.

Great 😌 place to work too. Physical Therapist are amazing and I would highly recommend Athletico to my friends and family. I myself had PT for my knee and I was back feeling so much better after therapy.

We love this place! My son had surgery for his fully torn ACL. After surgery, I stoped in to check Athletico out and right away knew this is where he should go for recovery. We have been doing physical therapy 2-3 times a week with Joshua Walters, for the last 6 months, and everything is going better than imagined. Everyone at this office is so nice too. I highly recomend coming here.

Highly recommend Josh, my first day here at the rehab center and felt a big difference with the few excersices recommended by him, ready for the next sessions.👍

I went into PT preparing for back surgery. Whitney and Josh told me that if I can work on my stretches and exercises that I could avoid surgery by moving herniated disc back and work on core and strengthening exercises. Josh’s weight lifting and athletic background took my PT sessions to another level and I am walking out of PT 7 weeks stronger than ever and going to cancel my surgery. I was pushed every session and loved every minute. I would highly recommend Josh. He is awesome!

Writing this for all of my fellow c-section mamas! Go see Allison Ball for pelvic floor therapy! I am traveling to this FW Heritage Trace location specifically to be treated by her. Overall 10/10 experience! Allison is simply the best. I had 2 back to back c-sections within 13mo and was so lost on how to even go about recovery. Allison developed a plan of action and co-treats me with Whitney Holmans to help strengthen my core, pelvic floor, hips & lower back. They both have taken the time to understand my specific situation thoroughly. Allison & Whitney have made the at-home exercises attainable even with the chaos of having 2 little ones at home with me too. Thank you both for helping me progress forward!

OMG!!! I am so thankful for Whitney Holmans. I was originally going to go to Baylor White and Scott because I thought I would get excellent care. But when I found out how much I was going to pay I decided to stop by Athletico to see how much I would be charged. I was pleased to find out that Athletico's prices were much more reasonable in cost. The receptionist was very helpful in finding therapy sessions that worked with my work schedule. Since day one, I was very impressed with Whitney Holmans. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Every time I see her or observe her with her other clients she has a pleasant, positive and encouraging approach. I constantly see her taking notes so that she remembers what stage her clients are in their physical therapy sessions so that she or her associates can pick up from where her clients last physical therapy session ended. The whole staff is wonderful. I had a bad experience with the office staff where I received my epideral. I asked Whitney for a recommendation of another doctor. I am very pleased with her recommendation. Whitney goes over and beyond her duties. She is amazing at multi-tasking. She never looks stress or over scheduled with clients. She is able to give us the quality attention we need. She listens to our concerns and finds a way to accommodate our limitations while helping us improve from where we started when we walked in the door. I was hesitant on giving Whitney an excellent review because she is a precious gem that I selfiously wanted to keep to myself. I am forever grateful to her. I don't want others to continue being in pain so I am going to let you know what a blessing Whitney is to me like so many of her clients. You won't be disappointed.
