Baylor Hospital Radiology Department's Online Review Report Card

I checked in Saturday with an equilibrium problem that I woke up with. I thought I might have had a stroke but through all the tests doctors came back with an inner ear diagnosis and on day four I could walk again. The nurses are the best! Techs are also top notch, everybody I have talked to or that has taken care of me seems to be the best in country! I am ill but treated like a customer with care. It’s like a country club for the sick with breakfast, lunch, and dinner all served hot and with desert! I wouldn’t want to be seen anywhere else! If you need attention with a sickness I would come to Baylor Scott & White Saints in Fort Worth. Best hospital I’ve ever been to!

Lacking hygiene, their bathroom sinks drip water all day long, no air conditioning but a huge swamp cooler was going, the TV didn't work, it is truly a mess! Will contact the D. A. Media, News Channels, concerning their policy of making people sign a statement stating you're not "undocumented ?" It took three tries, three holes in the arms by the staff to hook an IV that was ultimately never used, the doctor at seeing 3 medical insurances ordered a CT scan with dye, although I brought the one from July /2025 and I was seen on Sept/2025. and I made him aware the insurance would not pay for it, he ordered anyway. I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT IF THE INSURANCE DOES NOT. BECAUSE I WARNED THEM AND MADE THEM AWARE THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE INSURANCE CARRIERS, it is a rank, nasty, place and the stock holders, owners, and all involved should be made to respond for the lack of professionalism it is after all a MEDICAL CENTER? This by the way is Texas. I must admit the staff was kind, patient, and funny, they just lack training and resources.

I have trusted BASH with my healthcare twice and had a horrible experience both times. First time they gave me a post op infection and second time put me in an ER room with no bed for 10 hrs. Left in as much pain I was in when I got there. No one cares there

Do not come here unless your life is at risk. Terrible wait times.... We have been here 8 hours and still waiting for a Dr . We don't even know if my mom is staying or going. They literally suck! They are nice on a personal level but the hospital system is terrible.

I was a patient there on the 6th floor. The group of nurses I had gave the best care. I felt so comfortable and safe. The ladies on the heart and vascular floor are awesome. Thanks for all you do ladies...

Great care Food good Nurses excellent

We have received some excellent care and some terrible care over the last two years and 6 hospital visits with my mother. The majority of care was excellent. I am writing this post to inform Baylor Scott and White All Saints that if I were in your PR department, I would make sure EVERYONE knew that the Baylor organization is NOT connected to or a part of the Vitas Hospice that rents space from you. Below you can read my review of Vitas. Baylor should not be associated with them in any way if they want to keep their reputation for care and overall sanitation.

Very nice in every department and was treated with care and respect. Very Clean and it was a hard test made easy with this staff and professional care! Barbara Bilbrey
