List of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth Emergency Room's Reviews
Horrible customer service. We choose Baylor due to being one of the best. But our experience was just awlful. The doctors bedside lacking at best. Triage was the best experience. The ER nurses had to be asked multiple times to do something such as pain meds, blanket. Not friendly more robot. Our questions where really not answered. We will never go back. We received better care at Medical City Weatherford.
My mom was admitted to BSW, we were on the 7th floor of building C and Amber was the best nurse I have ever seen in my life. She gave us so much information, she was helpful, proactive and didn't act like my Mom was one of many. Our family was so grateful for her kindness and care.
Probably the most traumatizing experience in a medical facility to date. The waiting room felt unsafe but that’s to be expected from the general surrounding area. We waited 5 hours until actual care was given. No communication during waiting periods. To top it off, the doctor giving me care was sarcastic, presumptuous, rude, and honestly I felt so invalidated and judged. After my procedure that I basically had to beg to get despite already being told by two other professionals to come in to get it done, I never saw her again even when I had to have my friend run out of the room i was in because I started bleeding all over the floor because they didn’t close the incision/allow enough time for it to clot and gave me no gauze to hold pressure on it while getting dressed as instructed. I felt like I was going to pass out from the blood loss and sight and they said it’ll be okay and sent me on my way, no water no supervision. I had to request follow up care because they were going to send me on my way without aftercare instructions/expectations. I felt so disregarded and unsafe in a space where I am supposed to trust medical professionals with my body.
It took awhile but doctor was good and everyone else.
No one likes to visit the ER but after having to visit Baylor Scott & White a few times, I can say this is the only ER I would ever hope to come to. Sadly, I have always arrived by ambulance but I have never had to wait to be seen. My case nurse has always been prompt to see me and start my care quickly. The entire care team is very knowledgeable and don’t mind explaining things in layman’s terms so that you understand clearly what’s going on and include you in the decisions made. They are thorough and compassionate in their care. I always feel like I am in the best of hands! Hopefully I’ll never have to go again but if I do Baylor Scott & White ER be my choice!!
I was going to spare a review but then received a text to do so and I will say I will never be returning to this emergency room unless I am unconscious and taken here against my will. As an “emergency room” you would think they would be providing immediate emergency assistance. I waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor after suspecting that I had a miscarriage and experiencing heavy bleeding. My blood pressure was 177/100 and I have a blood clotting disorder with a former PE and nobody administered any kind of medication to bring my blood pressure down not was I given any checks to determine whether I had experienced a clot. I chose to come here because of my experience with other BSW locations and picked here over JPS because I thought urgency would be considered and that the establishment would be better prepared to handle me with a full L&D department with supposedly high ratings, I was wrong. There was barely anyone waiting yet wait times were extremely high. The only time I was seen by a doctor is when I requested discharge paperwork to leave willingly without being seen. My one note is that the dr herself was very kind and understanding as well as apologetic. I suggest changes be made to address concerns timely as an “ER”. If I wanted to wait 3 hours I would have just went to an urgent care or waited to see my regular doctor.
Everyone showed concern verbally and with their actions. They were very kind to my family.
I am still hoping someone turns in my hearing aid that I gave to nurse it is black and is not like your common hearing aid it's small it's a eargo 7 hearing aid

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
