Prior to my last appointment, my experience was with a wonderful Doctor Who gave full attention to me when I was in her office. She took everything I said seriously and was knowledgeable and kind in her response. I have missed her since she left a few months ago. Now my experience is with Victoria Archibald, a PA. She gave me her own evaluation, which was well thought out. She had reviewed my chart and had Responses that showed she had thought things out and was doing the best things for me.

I had low expectations bc of a history of gaslighting from doctors but was pleasantly surprised by the doctor I saw at this practice. He was down to earth, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, wasn’t pushy, was understanding of my concerns. He was easy to talk to. I left the appt feeling so relieved!

My experience with Baylor Scott And White Digestive Diseases have always been Excellent, I've always received exceptional service from Victoria, she's always treated me with kindness and shown that she really cares about the patients. She explains everything on a level where the patient can understand it, she's an exceptional person. Dr. Simien is an excellent doctor and is very caring about his patients and takes the time to explain to his patients on a level where they understand what is going on also. They're both an exceptional team to have taking care of your medical needs.
