I waited 3 hours and didn't get helped while other patients were in and out with in 30 minutes after they got there, the staff behind the desk was making racial accusations of me I dont recommend coming here if you want fair treatment

The front desk staff is very professional. They all have wonderful attitudes. They have mask and temperature check. Hand sanitizer. They sanitize after anyone uses anything. Dr Ooi Yen and nurses are professional. They're caring and want you to get better. Clean facility.

There is no valet or parking. I had to park five blocks away and then walk to my Doctor's appointment at Ben Hogan Center. I should've took a Uber or Lyft.

I went in for a procedure on my left hand. Doctor and Staff were very caring and professional.

There's no longer valet parking due to covid so it's kind of a long walk from the parking garage. The temporary entrance, because of construction, is right by the cafeteria dumpster and it stinks bad. Otherwise, all is good!
