Attempting to get response to my request for new vaccine to be made. Should have heard from them by now. No response after vaccination record sent in. Talked on phone with a newbie who is an agent ? working with Aspire. Difficult to understand . I really need that vaccine and have waited for 3 weeks. I had a very weird experience with this doctor. He made me feel very uncomfortable and refused to see a woman in labor because he was with me. Literally yelled at his staff to not bother him while he's with me. Instead of asking me to take my mask off and on he reached up to slowly do himself and kept mentioning how pretty I was. I did not return. I paid my copay and they are still invoicing me for it. He talked with me for over two hours. All about him, the history of allergies, and his damn raccoons he feeds. Highly inappropriate doctor. Do not recommend - especially if you're a female.

Great office cost. Great and nice staff. Personable MA that input my sons information and initial evaluation. Dr. Tenice was great and took his time explaining everything possible that could be affecting my sons allergy flare ups. Going back to get my allergy testing done along with second son.

Dr Lanier is a diamond in the rough. You can tell he is passionate about his work and his patients. He wants you to understand, he wants to help you feel better, and he always makes me laugh. The ladies in the office are also the very best! They always have smiles on their faces and go above and beyond comapred to other dr office experiences i have had over the years.

Always, without fail a wait time of at least 1 hour. Check out/Check in desk person is rude and acts like she knows more than the doctor. She makes every visit uncomfortable.

Dr. Lanier is wonderful. He's kind, compassionate, caring, and has great bedside manners. He is so knowledgeable and his credentials are just amazing. The thoroughness he uses is your care is top notch. His staff is great too. His nurse Jo is wonderful and caring as well. It's sad that the art of "doctoring" seems to be less these days, but Dr. Lanier has it!

Dr. Lanier is soft spoken but spends time, he listens, he's open and informative. His staff goes the extra mile finding me quick appts in a tight schedule. His Nurse in charge of blood tests is so gentle and helps me with my anxiety about being "stuck!" This is,all a new scary experience for me but I feel I am heard and respected as,his patient.
