List of Brian Flowers's Reviews
Dr Flowers removed a cataract from my right eye several years ago and I have not had any problems since. He was very nice and kind and asked if I wanted to be awake or asleep:) The procedure went well but I had to wear dark glasses until I could tolerate the sun shine. I went to my classroom and couldn't believe how bright and colorful everything was.
Dr. Flowers from arrival to exit are what I consider too long. Normally 1.5 hours which is long but can be accepted for the several test diagnostic stations that you go through. My last appointment on November 6th, was 2.5 hours from arrival to exit, and that is unacceptable. I was just getting the standard tests I always get. I don't think this practice is concerned about this because this has been this way for many years. Can assume they book too my patients to have the time of visit be efficient. I'll be looking for another practice/doctor as this time has become unacceptable in my opinion.
I was on time for my appointment, but it was two and one half hours before I finally saw Dr. Flowers and was able to leave. The staff was very nice, as was Dr. Flowers, but I felt the excessive wait time was most disrespecting of my time and needs.
I thought he was a good dr until he convinced me to let him do glaucoma and cataract surgery. Biggest mistake ever! My eye are in terrible shape. Having to use 2 very expensive glaucoma medication and my vision is worse than before. It was not correct properly. He did not lessen time when I tried to tell him I was not normal when it comes to my health. I truly wish I could reverse what he did!! Ask a lot of questions and hold him responsible for what happens. Good luck.
Dr Flowers is a great Doctor, but I cannot understand why they have not figured out an efficient patient flow. If you have a 1 pm appoitment you would wait in the waiting room for a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. Then they take you in, do a test, or put some drops in your eyes, and another wait of 45 min to an hour. It is consistent. My husband has been coming for many years, and it is always the same
Very professional and to the point. Thank you!
Excellent visit clearly Explain to me what was going on with both eyes Recommend A laser Procedure on left eye

Very thorough! Nice people and awesome doctor.
I love Dr Flowers! He is kind and very knowledgeable He explains things well without talking down to you. The staff here is great too. It is really hard to find a good doctor with good staff so I am thankful for Dr. Flowers and the people working in the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
