Very quick and the doctor was very friendly.

Using the online check in portal made waiting process relatively quick and painless. Every lobby receptionist, tech, PA and doctor were easy to deal with and made the whole process easy to deal with. I truly hate dealing with doctors, but every single one of these people were very professional, quick and efficient. Still not my favorite thing, but this is the crew I will lean on in the future.

The price was a little higher than expected for self pay but oh well. Dr. Smith was pretty awesome to deal with along with the office staff.

First visit, friendly and professional support staff. Doctor had great bedside manner. He took time to ask questions and clearly outlined his diagnosis, test results and medications.

Dr. Payton was awesome. She really listened, brought me in to her thinking, and strategized with me. When I left, I had the information I needed to manage my illness along with a couple of much needed prescriptions. Quality of care is high here. Rating is 4 and not 5, because even after registering for the online waitlist, waiting at home for a couple hours, and being texted that they were ready for me, it was still an hourlong wait in the office. Why not just text when you’re really ready?

The visit seemed very rushed and the doctor did not AT ALL listen to my concerns. I left the visit feeling dismissed. The discharge medical assistant had the same demeanor. They don't treat you like a person but like an item on an assembly line-VERY IMPERSONAL! I encountered four people and only one was helpful! SO DISAPPOINTED!
