Everyone is nice however I got no follow up on my MRI results and still haven’t. I had to keep calling and checking eventually gave up and went somewhere else where they got to it within the day and within 2 I was in office being seen, getting a diagnose, and a program plan.

Thank you for seeing me. This place is a clean area, when you go inside you feel peace of atmosphere even thou you are sick you feel safe because of the welcome at the front desk. The front desk lady was very nice and attentive on the phone and in person. She ensured my concerns went across and checked me in quickly. There is a time wait but that's normal but it did not take long. It made me sleepy and calm while I waited. When I went inside the check room it was clean and disinfected, loved that they had tissue paper boxes everywhere, I needed. The doctor was very nice, quick to address my issues, listened to what I had to say and as you may know, not many doctors listen to what you have to say and don't take time to understand where you are coming from, since you are the one that knows your body best. This doctor took in consideration how I truly felt and prescribed me what I really needed. First time I've ever felt comfortable to decline a medication or treatment that made me feel worse than it should. I'm happy to come back in the future for my issues. Thankful for today's visit.

This place is terrible & will never be back. Checked in online, 30 mins later called me and told us to come in. When we got here the receptionist mentioned it will be 45 min to 1hr wait. We were here due to my mother falling on the concrete scraping her face and hitting her head. We asked for an ice pack and she said she couldn’t we would have to wait till we went to see the doctor. Walked next door to pot belly and they gladly gave me an ice pack. Won’t ever be back here.
