Came to this location as a walk in but I have been to care now before so I know they had all of my information on file.They had me fill out 1 form and told me it’d be a 45 minute wait and the girl upfront was very nice and said I could wait in my car. I sat and waited and waited and waited until an hour and a half went by and still wasn’t called. I left and went to total care and was seen within 20 minutes as a walk in. I don’t know if this care now was short staffed today or what but they could’ve given me a realistic wait time so I could have went home and waited or came back when they had an open appointment. Very upsetting especially when you are already not feeling well.

This place is absolutely terrible, I was checked in before four different people and because they wanted to clear triage first they called everyone back before me. They definitely don't care and are rude.

The care now on Horne street in Fort Worth was wonderfu. I checked in on the web, they called me in and I did all my paperwork in my phone. I was hurting from some injuries and they got me right in. I had x-rays done and results within minutes from the PA. The med tech/x-ray tech was awesome and the PA did a wonderful job. She treated me well, gave me meds to help my I injuries and also places to go min case I needed an mri. It was a great experience and I would def recommend anyone to go there for sure. Thank you for all of your care and urgency Erin

Be warned, they will encourage you take a Covid test here. It’s $204 which they won’t tell you. I told the nurse I took 3 Covid at home tests that were all negative but they still insisted I take one here to make sure. It was also negative $200 later.

Saw a doctor within 10 minutes Staff and doctor very friendly Dr diagnosed my problem quickly gave me meds and I’m already feeling better Highly recommend this clinic !
