Was waiting at another location when I get a call from another care now saying they were free if I didn’t wanna wait… I get there the lady at the desk than signs me in and tells me there is a wait… than has no clue what I’m even going there for … try’s to tell me one price and than finds out she’s totally incorrect and just wasted my time driving 30 mins to this location just to again give me bad news and not able to give me my test results today… on top of that she needs to get her roots done.

Need to be reported. Every time you try to call this place, they hang up on you or put you on hold only to hang up on you minutes later. Bad customer service. No stars!

Did the online registration, received text noting time to come in. Almost 2 hours later still in the lobby waiting to be called back to be seen. Husband waited in the lobby and said people that came in after i had finally been taken back were called to exam rooms within minutes of arriving. The receptionist has been pleasant though. Nothing "urgent" about this place.
