I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Fuller before my "out-of-pocket" was paid. They refused an appointment until it was paid. The deduction was paid, but I decided I needed to change doctors since he didn't see fit to see me while there was an outstanding bill. Dr. Fuller is a nice man and a good doctor, and I followed him to Roanoke from Bedford when he moved out there. For 4-5 years I've driven to Roanoke for my appointments from my home in Bedford. After not being allowed to be seen, I decided perhaps I should change doctors. They refuse to send my records to the new doctor because the request can only be faxed (I do not have a fax) or I can make the 30-40 minute drive to Roanoke. I have recently had a cornea transplant and have only 1 eye usable at the moment. Driving that distance via freeways is not an option now. They refused e-mail and they refused snail mail. Consequently, my new doctor will not have access to my records. After being with this doctor for about 10 years, from when he practiced in Bedford and on into Roanoke, I think this is a terrible way to treat a patient. I will have nothing more to do with them.

I have seen Dr Fuller for at least the last 7 years… maybe longer. He is extremely thorough and has one of the best bedside manners of any doctors I’ve ever seen. I have sent many family and friends to him.

Dr Fuller is very compassionate and understanding. He explains things in a down to earth manner that you can understand and takes the time to answer all questions.

Dr. Fuller came recommended to me by a good friend as I had moved and needed a new dermatologist for annual visits and to make sure everything was good. Dr. Fuller made me feel welcome and comfortable as a new patient, as well as explained everything thoroughly and answered any of my questions with care and kindness! I've already recommended him to my family and friends.

I have seen Dr. Fuller for many years. He is the best Dermatologist I have ever had. Listens to me and I feel like he really cares about me. Unfortunately I had to move during the summer and wish he was here because finding someone like Dr. Fuller has not happened. Dr. Fuller is the real deal!
