Let me start off with saying DR BATES IS A FIVE STAR HANDS DOWN HE IS GREAT. But let’s talk about the fact I am in need of surgery and have been attempting to contact Amanda for a whole week now because she never reached out to me but all I am getting is excuses on why she can not answer my calls. Based off of other reviews I am not the first person this happens too and I do not wish to wait x amount of time when I was told i could be scheduled in ASAP.

Dr Bates seemed like a really good Dr. I also like how he planned on doing the surgery. Less recovery time then with another Dr.The reason for 2 stars only,I have been waiting 4 weeks to get my surgery scheduled. I called 3 times and have yet to receive a call back.Update, the issue got resolved and I like to thank Amanda for scheduling my surgery and Dr Bates for calling me about this issue. He could not have been any nicer!.Thank you!

The doctor and staff were wonderful. Got us in very fast. Surgery the next day. Could not be more pleased with Dr Chris Bates and his staff for taking care of us so well.

GREAT DOCTOR! From the moment I walked in the door the whole office was very attentive, professional and thinking of how their part was important to meeting my needs and every other patient. His staff are servants and so is he. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but he had care and compassion as well. When I left the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and engaging but the African American lady at the check out made sure that my CT was scheduled by getting Gateway to process my insurance promptly and then get me an appointment. The next morning Dr. Bates called with the results of my CT scan and his recommendations were based on what he would do for himself. Thank you for the blessing you and your staff have been when I needed Great care the most. Thank you 😊

Very caring and knowledge didn't go to the immediate surgery approach tries to be very minimally invasive with treatment but still very thorough in treatment. Had a same day appointment no long time wait.Also the physical therapy personnel were very great had a brace made and fitted the same day also.

Great bedside manner and super knowledgeable when reviewing what needed to be done with my broken finger. His nurse, Mary was able get surgery scheduled in less than 3 days.
