Dr Mercer was great to my newborn and did a great job on his circumcision. All the staff was kind and they are very detailed with the directions of how to get to the office.

Reviews are not lying. Horrible staff, extremely rude. If you can go somewhere else do so, avoid this place.

My daughter's urologist is amazing. She goes above and beyond.

Can’t get a damn urology to show up when needed.

The reason for the one star is just for the scheduling person Julie. She is awful and rude. I cancelled my appointment with cook children’s and going somewhere else now.. thanks to her I’m thankful to have found a better urologist doctor to go to with amazing front office staff! Also thought it was very dumb that they don’t schedule ultrasounds first, she said the doctor has to see my son first. Never had to do that before.. usually the ultrasound is scheduled first so that the doctor can talk to us about it at the appointment. Anyways. That’s all. (Do better at hiring people who talk to mothers who already have a lot going on!) And this is to say I hardly ever write reviews, that says a lot.

My daughter has waited four months to be seen by a urologist. Our appointment was scheduled for this Friday, October 10th. Today, October 6th, I received a call informing me that the appointment is canceled because the provider will not be in the office. When I asked how soon we could be rescheduled, I was told the next available appointment is in December. This is unacceptable. We have waited patiently for months, and this delay directly affects my daughter’s health and well-being.

I waited 3 months to get my 1st daughter seen for an appointment, for them to call me week prior and tell me the doctor is not in office that day and they have to reschedule me.... another 2-3 months out. They also refused to let BOTH my daughters be seen on the same day. All of this is after 6 months of trying to even get ahold of them in the first place for my referral. As someone who also works in medial field, they handled my situation very poorly. Sorry does not help fix the situation they caused to begin with. UPDATE: Had Dad call for appointment and all a sudden they had a spot SOONER then my original appointment. They told him I was not nice enough. I guess after my first 2 nice phone calls with them was not enough, so my 3rd time I let them know how poorly it was handle, they clearly do not care about patient care. I hope the physician is better then those answers phones.

Arrived for an 8am appointment more than a week out from the referral date, was told they had no data from prior imaging and couldn't advise anything really. And yes, I signed release forms weeks prior at imaging center to prepare for this appt. Dr advised that the info the office received was a vague summary from the PCP referral and "kind of ominous". They scheduled an MRI weeks out. And a virtual appointment for the following day to discuss what the results of more imaging may be. Bedside manner was not very reassuring for my teenage daughter. Dr did spend time asking probing questions and performed a cough exam we weren't expecting. Dr spent little to no time making my very nervous teen comfortable. However she was quick. Dr advised self help things we could do at home to better the situation. (Drink water, exercising, etc...) Very reasonable pre-visit wait time(less than 10 minutes). Less than 10 minutes waiting for provider once we got to the back. PPO Insurance. Parking was easy and quick. They have a separate registration department on a different floor that you just check in with, so be ready for that. However, registration was quick. They had my insurance information from my Dr, but asked for the card again and stated they wanted to scan it. Not sure why, but it was quick(2-3 min)

Gotta love nobody caring and then they put you on hold and disconnect the call cause they don’t care!!! Man I hope your kids never need anything no compassion and be told sorry I’m just the receptionist.

The lady on the phone was super mean and condescending.
