My son had to take his daughter there by transport from another hospital due to her oxygen levels not coming back up to where they needed to be. She is 6 yrs old. They arrived around 5:30pm & didn't get admitted into her room till almost 10pm. My said 1 of the ER nurses was really rude & no one would let him have anything to eat from food court which closes at 10pm.! Now, he hasn't eaten all day except for a tiny bag of chips & a drink provided by the previous hospital ER with no problem! They did offer prepackaged sandwiches from a machine but he's not fond of those

I don't remember anyone's name but my grandson name is: Korbin Smith and he was admitted there on Wednesday 1/19/22 and his condition was severe. Every doctor and nurse that he has seen was the best of the best! He was rushed in without hesitation and was treated immediately! They made sure he had food, toys, diapers, wipes, medication etc! Even brought us a snack basket! I love how they explain everything to my daughter on what was the next steps, made sure she was content as well as Korbin. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the staff for taking great care of him and making our stay as comfortable as possible for us. I rate you all a ten because as many times as we bugged you we didn't receive attitudes from anyone. I love the patience that we experience. Thank you so much!!! He will never ever go back to Cook's Urgent Care ever again!

My son was transferred from Glen Rose ER for acute Appendicitis to Cooks because of his age. And I hadn’t been here in a few years and we were so so so so happy with all our nurses and staff. Tamera Sims in the ER our and especially our evening nurse Catherine, Nurse Leslie on the 5th floor South Tower, Lizzette with Discharge, Antoinette our Social Worker, The Goody Grocery Staff, Lety with Finance,and the ladies that walked us to our room after surgery, the cafeteria lady we ordered our food from over the phone so sweet and even asked her for some recommendations! My son’s Surgeon Mr.Hamner, His anesthesiologist, Chris, his Pre Op nurse GabyAnd Christina and her trainee wheeled us to our car that was waiting for us outside when it was time to leave. Everyone was just so pleasant!! And everyone made my son who was soo nervous about having surgery for the first time feel relaxed and calm. We were the first times to stay in that room and that was brand new and the whole unit was new up there RM5116. It had been a long time we ever felt so taken care of and enjoyed our unexpected hospital stay. Can’t say enough. Thank you so much everyone at Cooks!! Y’all were amazing!!

Friendliest, most hard working staff! This staff listens and looks for solutions… everyone from housekeeping to security to ER staff to in room nurses and docs… just amazing!!
