I have been going to the Dallas Ear Institute at the Dallas location since September. I travel from Tyler (East Texas), so this was the closest office. My last visit was 4 days ago at the Ft. Worth location. Everything about the Ft. Worth experience was superior to the Dallas office. In Dallas, the office is inside the hospital complex which means you have to use the hospital bathroom. It is disgusting. The chairs in the Dallas office are old and very uncomfortable. The entire building is very dated - like 1970s - which means the EID is also. The ft worth office is brand new and super clean. The chairs are very comfortable. Even though it's further to go, the drive is easier. The roads are better and traffic is not as heavy. I will be using the ft worth office from now on. Dr. Paige is my doctor and he is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I love the care that he continues to provide me.

I have no complaints on the Dallas Ear Institute. They were professional and punctual. I like how Dr. Page was very informative and attentive during my visit. Dr. Page is amazing!

I loved how the staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr.Page really was very thorough . I felt like I was in good hands, and wished other doctor cared like he did about his patients. Thank you Dallas Ear Institute.
