Had kidney stone removed never even saw him in hospital effort procedure his PA does all in person. Would not do follow up stated they don't do follow ups for kidney stones would rather die than use him again

Great Dr. we did wait a little while but once we got in the office and the Dr came in it became vey clear why we had the wait. Dr Gould took his time with my father and talked to him as if they were old friends. Made my dad feel very comfortable and was able to get answers from my father as far as issues and then he offered possible solutions. If you want an in and out kinda pat you on the back when you are leaving he would not be the Dr. for you, if you want a Dr that actually takes his time with you when its your turn he is defiantly your Dr.

Had a procedure for kidney stones Dr Gould never spoke to me before or after. The hospital told me to make a follow up visit with him called his office they said they didn't do follow ups for that procedure called my urologist to do a follow up

I am surprised for the reviews. He was right on the money for his diagnosis for a family member. I guess the future will tell but so far we think he is a great Urologist.

I arrived at Medical City Hospital in Fort Worth via ambulance with an extremely painful kidney stone. As Dr. Gould was preparing for surgery, he introduced himself, and I met some of the attending staff. Before I could blink, I was back in my room in no pain whatsoever. Being able to meet him before my surgery truly put my fears to rest. I'm very thankful for his manner and his expertise! I would recommend him to anyone needing a Uralogist. He's an excellent doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Gould!

DO NOT GO TO DR. GOULD! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived on time for my appointment (2 months to get in) and waited for almost two hours in the heat only to learn that the doctor was not in the office. Their AC was not working, but they did not notify their office full of patients that Dr. Gould left to go to the hospital. When I told them I was leaving, there was no apology. That was yesterday morning, and as of this evening, no one has called to apologize or to reschedule my appointment
