Overall, I have had good interactions with the office. Dr. Patel was wonderful and answered all my questions. But, I had to cancel an appointment because I wasn’t notified until the day before that I needed a referral from my PCP. I was under the impression that it was all part of post-op. It would just be nice if someone would admit that maybe they made a mistake by not notifying me that I needed a referral and I was inconvenienced. Not to mention that I’m anxious to see my doctor.

Dr Patel, was very patient and relieved all my fears about my upcoming surgery. He and his staff are extremely professional and have outstanding customer service.

Dr Denish Patel is an awesome communicator when describing your needed surgery. He speaks in English not medical jargon that you don't understand, he gives you all the information you need to make an informed and intelligent decision. He tells you what to expect before, during and after surgery, like expected recovery time and how you may feel for several days. He and his surgerical team are extremely professional as is 6he hospital staff and his office staff. I recommend Dr Denish Patel to everyone needing surgery, he has a very caring and concerned demeanor, he cares about his patients as people as well.

I absolutely love Dr. Denish Patel! He is kind, patient, and really cares about his patients!! My incision is clean and is healing well! His office is clean and the staff is extremely nice!

I would never recommend him to anyone. I was in the hospital under his care and expected and told I was having surgery. He wouldn’t show up some days and would relay messages through other dr’s. He should have referred me to a surgeon that could actually help me instead of letting me lay there in pain waiting for answers. It was the worst experience of my life and wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE.
