Arrived for my initial appointment about 5 minutes early only to find the receptionist window closed and dark. About ten minutes after my appointment time, I was given my initial paperwork, that I couldn't complete because they held on to my ID and insurance cards. I'm almost approaching 30 minutes past my appointment time, sitting in a cramped lobby that has limited seating and two TVs blaring on a separate channels. This seems more like a clinic than a traditional doctor's office.

Would give zero, if it let me horrible rude staff takes multiple days for anyone to answer the phone call the billing department they are the only ones who answer.
