The front office staff and the MA that I saw were friendly and efficient, and I don't have any complaints about Dr. Eric Hill's care, but I really did not leave feeling good about that place-- I had to pay the entirety of my procedure up front just to get it scheduled, no option whatsoever of paying in installments. This was after I spent over $200 for the visit today. The employee working at the check out desk was rude, unsympathetic, and very unpersonable.

I could not have asked for a better gastroenterologist than Dr. Ho! He and his medical staff are wonderful. Special shout out to Shelly - she is an absolute ROCK STAR! Thank you all so much for the amazing care you provide!

Horrible! Dr. Ho did colonoscopy, but didn't wait to speak with me and answer questions. Told I could make appointment with him IN A MONTH!

Everyone was so nice. From front office to back office. Dr Murray made me feel very comfortable with him very relaxed and discussed what my pcp had wanted from him compared to my symptoms. I was nervous with new gi doctor since mine retired. I know I have found my new doctor.

Dr. Hill performed my procedures at the North Richland Hills office, and can’t say enough about him and his staff! Their professionalism and knowledge was over the top! Dr. Hill is the best! I would recommend him to all my family and friends knowing they are in the best of hands!!

Recently seen a new Dr. which was Dr. Ho. He was very friendly, knowledgeable put away all my fears. Time comes for endoscopy and colonoscopy the whole strip mall had plumbing issues leading delay's upon arrival. He and his staff handled it very professionally keeping us all in the loop reassuring us. Finally got in next thing ya know, done and out the door. No problems. Great Dr. great staff!!!!!
