Me and my husband have both been here. Client care is great . There is something to be said about the office and how records are kept and/or delivered. Meaning, the computer system always seems to be down or not working in someway and they cannot email results they still use fax or snail mail Or you have to pick them up!! A lot outdated if you ask me considering location.

Not allowing someone to get an MRI because there CHILD is with them is crazy. I would understand if they specified, but my sister asked before hand making sure it was okay, she didn’t know I was available at this time. My nephew is in his scroller chilling and they were denying the MRI because they can’t babysit. Absolutely ridiculous I’m glad I was close by and able to sit with him in the lobby.

Do not waste your time here. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I stood at the desk waiting to schedule an appointment while the staff ignored me. No one was there to assist me Instead of doing their jobs, they sat in the back laughing while a patient was left standing there. I waited for a few moments and then just left. If this is how they treat people before they even become patients, I can't imagine how poorly they handle actual appointments. Absolutely unacceptable service.

They were fast and friendly. A very clean facility. I've been to a lot of imaging places. If you have a choice. Pick this imaging Company.

Quick prompt with great common courtesy down to earth team it was a good experience.Dr Davis is a good Dr very prompt and quick service.The radiologist is good guy that is good at his job!The nurse was sweet concerned with patience and great hospitality!The front desk ladies were patient and understanding. I want to thank them again.Highly recommended it was worth my 2 hour drive!

Came here for an MRI. Client care was impeccable. No waiting, techs were personable and while didn't rush me at all they also didn't waste time. This experience was far above my experience at a high volume imaging facility by the hospitals. Would highly recommend!

HORRIBLE OUTFIT operating in the Dark Ages. Printing out 3 copies of MRI Report and 'diagnostic images' in black and white paper and giving client a cd... I am in the digital business world and cd's are like 15 years ago. Mgt told me they cannot share digital images gue to hipaa violation. HOGWASH. It's time human medicine standards catch up with the 21st century. I can get everything digitally from my vet within 24 hours regarding my dog or horse. This 'office policy' is INEXCUSABLE.
