I’ve been going to this med spa for over a decade! The staff is super friendly and Dr. McGonagle is amazing! My weight loss journey has been life changing because of the staff at this location. I feel comfortable and cared for here. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love Elite Med Spa in Fort Worth. I relocated from California to Texas and I I found the most amazing weight loss and Facial spa. Dr. McGonagle helped me with my Weight Loss and I have currently lost 57 lbs with his professional guidance. Thank you Dr. McGonagle I recently had two facials from Briana York, she is a warm and calming person that makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had the Hydrofacial and it’s so amazing and my skin feels so rejuvenated and fresh. I currently have an appointment with her once a month. Thank you Briana The office supervisor, Karly Freeman is outstanding. She takes care of my fillers and Botox. I always look amazing after I get my lips done. I highly recommend her. She is so professional and the sweetest person ever. Thank you Karly Elite Med Spa is the only place I feel safe and comfortable going with weight loss, facials and fillers. Highly recommend FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoy going to Cosmetics Centers the staff their at the front desk Katherine is so sweet and caring and concern about your health. The most thing I notice about her, is when you walk in she always greets you with a beautiful smile. Lastly when I lost my first 14 1/2 pounds in 1 month she was so excited for me!!! It made me wanted to keep pushing and not give up. Thank you so much Katherine for encouraging me, may God bless her and her family, Corlis Carter
