I have to get scans often. I switched to this imaging place after a poor experience in a different company. From scheduling all through to exam was so easy and well done. I also had a doctor add a last minute additional scan. When I called day of my appointment, they were able to add it without any issues or delay. The front desk attendants were so respectful and nice. My technicians were excellent. It was an easy IV, walked me through the 2 types of imaging we are doing. My comfort was their priority with blankets, music, and ear plugs. I will be requesting this facility for future scans.

With health issues you need regular services such as imaging. These days compassion is not a given, but rather considered above and beyond. The folks at this location know this and positively lead by example from scheduling, to reception, and imaging. Thank Y'all.

Ashleigh, the receptionist, is amazing! Super appreciate how kind and helpful she was! I got a little emotional (from my own issues lol) and she handled it with such grace and understanding even though i was so embarrassed. it means a lot how understanding she was over the phone!

Daughter got ultrasound and was told results would be 24-48 hours. Called after 48 hours and they said it was 3-5 business days. Called back on 4th business day and now they say 7 business days!!! Still no results! Customer service not friendly when you call!

Got skipped been waiting an hour and a half for an xray of my right foot that I had scheduled not a walk in. No one offered an apology, discount, or even a drink of water.

On 04/20/2026 I arrived at 10:15 am and Was not called back till 11:30 am. There were at least 10 people that came in after me and left before me. WORST experience ever. I spoke to the office manager and she did not seem to care that I was frustrated with my visit. Front staff on their cell phones. VERY unprofessional!!! I will drive to Dallas before I go that place again.
