This is the best envision I’ve ever been to from the moment you are greeted by Alicia or don and they are so welcoming and patient with everyone they give you updates as well as answer any questions I choose this location because of the kindness I’ve had every visit from front to back where imaging is done 100% recommend
Had few tests done
I went to this location for a CT and DEXA scan of my lumbar spine. I did not complete the clinical history tab in the online paperwork because it was asking questions about mammography, which was not accurate. I had called ahead of time and spoke to a kind woman who explained she wasn’t able to remove the mammography questions but that I could arrive a bit early to complete a paper history form for my back instead. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, specifically to complete a paper form, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name badge like everyone else (possibly on purpose, given her behavior). However, based on her accent, she is from the Northeast US. She rudely told me that I didn’t complete the online history. I explained I did not because it was asking about mammography, and I was not there for mammography. She told me I had one coming up, and I explained that I just had one a few months ago, so that was not the case. I also mentioned that I had called ahead of time, and the woman said I could fill out a paper form instead. She rudely told me that they don’t do paper, online is the only way, and that I should just fill it out even if it wasn’t appropriate. I have had many healthcare encounters in the past 2-3 years, and I work in healthcare, so I am acutely aware of the importance of customer service. This was incredibly poor, rude, and demeaning customer service. In all honesty, I should have turned around and walked out at that point, but I was there, so I decided to deal with it. While I was completing out the inappropriate online questionnaire, several other older people were having problems accessing and completing the questionnaire. While I understand that electronic is easier for the business and more environmentally friendly, it does not provide appropriate accommodations to some of the most vulnerable patients. This is also an indication of a larger lack of customer focus at Envision Pennsylvania. After my imaging was completed, I had to wait about 10 minutes for a disk. I hadn’t been called back up at 12-13 minutes, so I walked up to ask about the status of my disk. The same woman handed it to me, extending her arm far to the left but refusing to look at me. I politely thanked her, despite her behavior, and walked out. Not only was she rude, but she was passive aggressive, which is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Despite the convenience of this location, I will not be back. Touchstone at Baylor and THR Harris-Methodist outpatient radiology, both of which are in the immediate vicinity, have stellar customer service. There is no reason someone should be subjected to such treatment as I experienced at this Envision location.
I had my appointment for three days did all my paperwork confirm my appointment and they gonna call me and tell me that they can’t take my insurance less then 6 hrs before I get my mri they call me and tell me that why they
95% or more of the clients that came in while I was there are senior Citizens. It would seem that there would be visible to them that there was a restroom on the premises. On more than one occasion I saw a client catch the elevator thinking there may be one on the next floor because "Envision" is the only suite on the 1st floor. We Seniors don't want to come off as being bothersome so they just came back and sat down and said nothing. That was until one gentleman went up, came back down flustered and asked them where he could find a rest room. He was directed to the doors where you go to receive whatever service you came for. As soon as he came back, the others made a "B" line to go use it. Secondly without calling names, there was one clerk that should know that with all these years of life that are in their facility, that we've probably heard all the sarcastic remarks that can be made. I had an issue with giving my ID to her because I've been a victim of Identity theft & it happened in an office environment just like this. She informed me that this was the only way the insurance could be fairly billed for the service. My thing is, my PCP sent the referral. He knows me. He sent me there for MY benefit. What benefit could I get by sending someone else to take X-rays for ME. That doesnt serve my medical needs as well. Then the agent next to her was having a slight misunderstanding with another client and the agent serving me blurted out (sarcastically), "Happy Monday"! I looked around and almost every client seated turned and looked that way. We all knew she was throwing barbs at us all. That's very unprofessional. Well the joke was on her because we all knew what she was saying and who it was about. If, no, when, I need my next X-rays done I'm going to ask my PCP "not" to refer me to this location again. NUFF SAID
Great staff, great facility. Highly recommend this location.
Difficult to find however the staff is fairly friendly
Front desk lady was unprofessional, loud and rude. I did not get her name but I heard her say she was from New York. When I went to check in she rudely informed me that I did not do my paperwork. I logged into the portal and it stated checked in. I told her it says it’s finished and she argued with me saying I must have just completed it. I was not the only patient who was treated poorly. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time when the ultrasound tech came to get me. She said I was listed as “has arrived” but not checked in yet. I highly recommend this company do some training on how to appropriately treat patients. I will be scheduling my next appointment at another imaging center.

Do better. I went for an mri. They were an hour behind. I rescheduled for only a couple days later. I already paid the self pay price. When I come back it was like I was never there. How is there not a note that I rescheduled and already paid. Then I get attitude from the front desk people like you left and didnt get your scan? No. I rescheduled bc they were behind. Then I get attitude about my payment. That my card should have beeb refunded and pay again. Like its been 2 days. Then its an inconvenience I get well they can just bill you. Bill me for what I ALREADY paid. Then they were an hour behind again. Im like Ill reschedule or just cancel at this point and go somewhere else. Then I was told that they are an hour behind daily. So why am I held accountable if Im late, but its ok to be late for all your patients. I will never go there again. Over 2 hours for a quick MRI is beyond ridiculous. And maybe you should be held accountable. And check your office for mold. But the MRI techs were super nice though. So they have no fault and they are more than likely over worked!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
