I had an amazing experience with First MRI! Wendy was so warm, welcoming and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. This was my first MRI so I was a little nervous and I appreciate her patience. The report was sent to me quickly after my appointment and the gift was so thoughtful. I will definitely return should I need any future exams. Thank you!

This place is great. As alot of people that are like me and don't have insurance, don't like insurance or whatever the reason. You don't need to go to your doctor and pay for a referral just to go get an MRI, just to pay to go have it explained to you.. First Look MRI made it easy to schedule, walk in, get Right to it. No wait and I had my results emailed to me and a video explaining what is wrong where I can understand it. It was affordable and easy to work with the staff. My MRI tech answered all my questions (didn't have many) and overall it was an easy experience.. Hope i don't need another MRI, but if I do I'll always use them.. Now if I could find a surgeon without having to jump through the hoops of getting referred.....

Both times my experience at First Look MRI Alliance have been EXCELLENT! Wendy, the MRI Technologist, is truly amazing - kind, caring, friendly, puts her patient at ease and makes sure they are comfortable which really makes it a great experience! The reports are very thorough and the images on the CD are sharp and clear! I have had many scans at major hospitals and none of the images were this sharp and clear. I highly recommend getting an MRI done at this location because Wendy is really GREAT! A+A+A+

Impeccable service and I enjoyed how the scan times were broken up and you got a notice before each one started including a time frame heads up. I liked the headphone and eye mask option. Great snacks for afterwards! I was nervous, don't like MRIs, but if I have to do it, THIS is the place! Word of advice, have your primary prescribe one day of anxiety meds so it goes smoothly. I don't consider myself claustrophobic but think it would have helped as my Mom had told me to do and I didn't listen LOL Lastly, shootout to Ms Wendy, excellent job at making me feel welcomed and speeding this thing along.
