I was so excited to find a spa close to home where I could get the weight loss shots. Be held accountable and have encouragement. I was significantly let down. There have been numerous unprofessional instances, but the most concerning issue is that there is no proper receipt documenting the administration of medical weight loss shots. The receipt provided is an 'Apple Square' receipt, which contains minimal information. As a result, my Health Savings Account (HSA) will not accept it. They have temporarily suspended the account until I can either provide the correct receipt or repay the amount. Despite reaching out to Forever 29 Spa multiple times via phone and email, I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, they continue to send me the same inadequate receipt with very little information. I have refrained from posting about this, but I am now frustrated and at my wit's end."

I am visiting from NYC and I had an amazing experience getting micro-needling done by Stephanie! She was so professional, warm, and attentive throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous at first, but Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and explained everything step-by-step. My skin is already glowing, and I can see a real improvement in texture and tone just hours after the treatment. The spa itself is clean, modern, and has such a relaxing vibe. I can’t wait to go back for my next session! Highly recommend Stephanie if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and gentle with great results!

First let me start by saying I flew all the way from MD for this Spa! It was so beautiful! Very clean! The staff were so sweet and attentive. I booked a hydra facial and finished it off with a perk lip service. I then added on red light therapy to finish it off! AND I FEEL AMAZING. My skin is beautiful! Stephanie was so great!

Nicole also is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, and cares for the overall health and wellbeing of each of her clients. She’s results driven, so you will not be disappointed after your service. If you want a TOTALLY unprofessional place for a nice “relaxing” spa day this is the place for you!! I had booked an appointment about a week in advance for one of the simpler facials. I usually get to appointments early just to be prepared for anything. Little did I know they would notify me TEN minutes before my appointment to let me know my esthetician was “running late.” I was already in the parking lot ready to walk into my appointment just to check my phone and find out the person I was booked with wasn’t even there. I called the spa and I was told that she was running 15 to 20 minutes late and I would have to wait a little bit because she has other appointments before mine. And not to mention, they didn’t spell or pronounce my name correctly, even after I had said it in a voicemail previously, and booked the appointment with my name spelled correctly. I requested to cancel my appointment due to the unprofessional service and I was sent a message asking to call back for what date I would like to “reschedule.” They then rescheduled my appointment without my asking. Who I believed was the esthetician messaged me with an excuse of an active shooter drill at her “day job,” which she couldn’t leave. I could have been notified an hour before my appointment not ten minutes before my appointment. I received a sorry excuse and some form of apology for my waste of time, gas, and energy. Going to a spa is supposed to bring relaxation. Not stress or disappointment. I will not be bringing my business back here and I will find people who will act more professionally in the future.
