Has to be one of the best and sophisticated ENT facilities in the nation. A fine tuned full service ENT + Sinus operation. Post Covid, when techs triage the patient/consumer, this group has quality tech and all staff highly professional.

Dr. Stewart took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was informed of all possible treatment options. I did not feel rushed pushed to do anything right away. I felt well informed in making my health care decisions.

Making an appointment was easy although the wait time for the appointment was rather long. Staff was very efficient and friendly. My PA made me feel at ease with my concerns which was greatly appreciated.

Was quite busy. Front desk guy was polite when I asked how long it would be. Ebony met with me in the room first and respected my decision to not have a scope due to cost without arguing. Dr Bradley came in shortly after and answered all my questions and taught me some basics about insurance I didn't understand (I am new to insurance) on top of giving me advice on how to manage my nose breathing issues with things I could do right away and longer term things (like saving for surgery). He also explained some nose anatomy basics and what causes issues (anatomy, allergies, tumors) which was nice because I am an A&P nerd and he broke it down very well. Thank you for educating me. I felt like I was at a nice restaurant but they weren't even working for a tip! It's always intimidating going to the doctor especially with cost. If anyone comes here and you can't afford what they suggest ask about other options.
