The office was nice, clean and it had a great atmosphere! The staff was friendly and very helpful! They made me feel welcomed!
I had seen a few bad reviews for Dr English but I had found her on a “best doctors” search for the area. If you are also coming to the reviews because of that, I would encourage you to seek care elsewhere. The only reason I was looking for a new doctor is because mine moved 4 hours away. I am a high risk I had a previous PE and I have a clotting disorder so I asked to be seen as soon as possible. I was happy that they made an appointment for me around 2 weeks out which would have been tomorrow. They called me multiple times today while I was working (shocking, yes I know that I am a normal human being and work during the day) when I finally answered which was also during my work shift Tammy? said she had left me several voicemails to which I replied sorry I missed those, I was at work currently and had been at work all day. She then tells me they need to reschedule my appointment which is TOMORROW mind you for earlier in the day. I told her I can’t do that because I work which is why I picked that time. Had they called me sooner I would have been able to request off but I cant do that the day before. I said we would have to cancel. Very disappointing. Believe the bad reviews, seems they don’t know what they’re doing here. Not sure why they waited until the day before an appointment when its been on the calendar.
My advice is to look up the doctor’s names in google and not just the office .The office itself has nothing to do with the professionalism of the doctor . My OB wasn’t available for my delivery. It took a different OB to mention “pigeon” website resource they have for after hours question to me and not my own OB . They wanted to send me to referred specialists for ultrasounds and their specialist never followed through . And at 32 weeks one of the OBs that seen me was already mentioning c section if baby didn’t turn instead of giving hope of techniques that could help guide baby . If you have a mind of your own and want to ask questions and don’t follow the orders immediately because they say , consider talking thoroughly and confidently with your prospective obstetricians . Because they will dismiss you from their practice. Pregnancy is a left behind research and needs to be advocated for more because each pregnancy ( literally )is different. Even if it’s the same woman pregnant . I wish Medicaid would pay for any elective pregnancy care. I made it to all my appointments, always short and sweet . Wasn’t a high risk pregnancy even though paperwork says so. I did gain more weight than l should’ve despite already being overweight but that’s it . I maintained respect for THR staff and affiliates . The pro about this is the sonographer and the assistants are nice .
Wrong diagnosis x 2 and trying to charge me $531.12 for TWO TESTS THAT I GOT DONE AT ANOTHER OFFICE FOR $35. They did not even tell me that is was going to be a crazy expensive test or I wouldn't have done it. Even worse: doctor prescribed me a pill that is ONLY for women who are infertile/post menopausal. I am 25 and do very much want children. I am very thankful I read the website before picking up the meds. It is known to cause severe birth defects!! Anyway do not recommend this place in the least. Also it takes like 1h 15 of waiting in the waiting room to see the doctor :))

If you’re having severe hormone issues or PCOS find an OBGYN that specializes in that. I started seeing doctor Bradley back in 2019 for severe weight gain, not getting cycles, severe pelvic pain, bloating, and messed up hormones. He diagnosed me with PCOS and thew me on birth control. 2021 he delivered my baby boy. After that my symptoms got even worse. Went back and saw Doctor Bradley’s PA and was diagnosed again with PCOS and threw on birth control. I kept getting sicker and in more pain. One year ago I started seeing an older OBGYN out in Cleburne who specializes in PCOS, female diseases, and hormone issues. He said my hormone blood work was absolutely all over the place. That birth control was not the answer. He said my ovaries were starting to fail(Peri Menopause). He also found out I had stage 4 endometriosis. I also had Adnemyosis of the uterus. I’m 33 years old and had a total hysterectomy and never felt better. If you’re experiencing anything like what happened to me, please do not come here and find someone who specializes in this stuff.
La Dr fue muy amable conmigo la enfermera también me trataron bien muy amables conmigo
I want to preface this by saying it may vary from doctor to doctor, so I’m just telling my experience. My OBGYN is supposed to be Dr. English. I just delivered my baby almost a month ago. Starting off with this office was rough as their ultrasound tech gave birth early and they hadn’t prepared for that. I went in for my first appointment at around 12 weeks pregnant (I had to schedule this a month out due to their availability). The day of they call to tell me I have to go elsewhere for the first scan due to their tech having her baby. I went to my dr appointment and had to schedule my ultrasound with a 3rd party they use. This cost me an extra $80 WITH my insurance even though this wasn’t my fault. They also make you pay a deposit by your 28th week of pregnancy or you’re at risk to not be seen anymore. I paid this deposit early. I only saw my actual OB (Dr. English) maybe 3-4 times my whole pregnancy. While she is very nice, she is never available. She was constantly having to reschedule patients due to her being on vacation or not being in town. I consistently had to be seen by her PA, Niveen. I personally am not a fan of niveen. Especially given the amount of money I was spending. Niveen also would not let me start my maternity leave early and told me I’m healthy enough to work until I give birth, even though I explained the stress of my job and how much I had to walk. Well, the day comes to give birth and Dr. English was actually the attending on call (it kept showing on the screen) but she was out of town on vacation. So a Dr I’ve never met nor paid for in advance (the deposit) delivered my baby. The drs office never even asked my birth plan nor was it discussed. The day I was released from the hospital Niveen came to my room. I asked her if I needed to call and cancel my weekly appointment since I had already given birth. She said she would take care of it. The next week I got the notification for my appointment (she did not cancel it) so I had to call postpartum and they had no idea I had delivered. There’s a lot more little things, but that the high level of why this experience was very poor.
My OBGYN appointment was going great with the doctor until I got a phone call from from the billing department asking for a payment for my previous appointment in ask about my insurance was covering and they said yes then no then the man receive it on the phone and said that he can see it and a request for them to change the code from the test so insurance department can pay for it in said they may put in the code for the insurance department from the test and I call my insurance company they said i not s Supposed to be paying for anything and they can’t change the code.
Has gone down hill since we’ve had our first, sad to say we will be switching to a new OBGYN for our third.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
