⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Fort Worth Med Spa for Botox and a filler treatment with Drea Larsen, RN and let me tell you she’s basically a magician with a syringe. My forehead is smoother than my morning coffee, and the whole experience was so easy I almost forgot she was poking me. She’s professional, gentle, and somehow makes you laugh while making you look fabulous. Highly recommend—just be prepared for compliments from everyone you know!

This is my second time coming to Fort Worth Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, and the second time was just as great as the first! The staff are all so kind, and Haley is an amazing injector. I will be a longtime patient of theirs and highly recommend this place and Haley for your aesthetic needs! 5-stars!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nurse Hailey! She is incredibly intentional with every treatment — she truly listens to what you want, explains the process in detail, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had both filler and Botox done by her, and the results have been flawless every single time. She has such an eye for detail and a natural, subtle approach that leaves me looking refreshed but never overdone. Beyond her skill, she’s personable, warm, and makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend rather than sitting in a clinic. If you want someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about your results, Hailey is the one!

Hailey is a 5 star injector! I am about to get married and the dress has a low cut in the front. I was aware my décolletage needed some fix and she did a fantastic job. Brava Hailey!!
