He IS AMAZING!!! HE won't mess around with your pain levels. He had my OR waiting for an 11mm kidney stone!!! As I was rushed to the ER, he handled getting at OR. Don't delay. If you have issues with stones or incontinence, he is the doc to call!!!

Dr Bailey has been a godsend. I’m sure he saved our family members life with his knowledge and skill in urology. He has proven that he really cares about his patients with a wonderful bedside manner and kindness.

What a wonderful experience I've had with Dr Bailey and his staff. He is very knowledgeable in his field. His attitude and bedside manner is kind, caring and to the point. His staff, from the receptionist to his personal assistants proved to be equally caring. I highly recommend that if you have need of urological help, that you seek out and obtain the quality care that awaits you through Dr Bailey and his compitent staff.

Very frustrating. Patient portal does not work properly. My husband saw Dr. Bailey on 9/12 and he was supposed to have an medication sent to CVS and they never received it nor is it noted in my husband's chart per staff... Sent message through patient portal 9/15 with no response. Called at 0811 this morning (09/20) and left message with no reply. Sent another message today at 1548 and person answering phone states there is no message from my husband's account for either day. This is very frustrating as he is to return in 6 weeks to follow up on how medication is working when nothing was sent in. GET RX IN HAND.. Dr. Seemed nice but we waited almost an hour to be seen and was rushed through initial exam. My husband and my time are precious and we do not feel valued at this clinic. Not a good first impression. All the while I can hear the MA's/receptionist talking to other patients in the lobby about wait time and on the phone about supplies/meds not being received. I realize healthcare is crazy but maybe you should not overbook your doctors so they can provide safe and efficient care.
