Very friendly and helpful staff in a busy office. What a rarity these days. Dr. Tchetchen is very knowledgable and takes the time necessary for you to understand medical issues and procedures.

My husband had a test done I stayed in the room him. I’m sorry I cannot remember the the lady’s name that performed the test. As uncomfortable as the test was she was gentle, caring and respectful while running the test. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Doctor and clinical staff are very impressive. Effective treatment second visit after 4 years no change.with other doctors. However, office staff or policy is worst I've ever seen. Typically >1hour in waiting room. Last visit 4 hours from appointment time to checkout. Entire waiting room ALL complaining about wait, two people left. No lab results communicated either time done (one week today, told to expect 5 days ago).

Had a minor procedure which has had complications. Her assistants Pamela and Maria have been very helpful in trying to get things corrected. Still dealing with issues, but hopeful they will do all they can to find a solution.

Post Op appt I was called had to reschedule then on my rescheduled appt I waited for an hour. I got up and left and the lady at the desk just said the next appt would be in Aug. I have never gotten my post op appt

This was my first time to visit a Urologist, so I was nervous about it. Dr. Tchetgen and the whole team were AMAZING! They quickly quieted my fears and very efficiently met my need. As an elderly woman, I appreciated a female Urologist. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Office staff is rude. Especially the two women at the from desk.. especially the one with the red/blonde hair with her sinister expression and cold look. Dr. is okay. However, she’s always behind and there is always over an hour wait. Save yourself some time and go to another doctor’s office that values patients and their time. Would not recommend this clinic. Ever.

Wait time was very long. Discouraging. Dr forgot to provide the prescription. I like her but it is a hard experience to see her. I have a appointment 3 months and I will keep it.
