Christina Nguyen spent so much time with me on both of my visits. She really cared about the pain I was having and worked with me to find an appropriate treatment plan. Christina helped me understand the insurance issues and we now have a plan in place. She made sure I knew and felt that she was in my corner and made sure I had a follow up appointment after my PT to ensure I was making progress. Thank you for the time you took with me and your sincere kindness.

"You can reschedule your procedure when you have the money" A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT And they don't charge you for office visits... THEY ADD IT to the cost of your procedure making it MORE. 😒 🙄 Cool. Insurance in this country is a joke and the Dr offices just make it harder. BETTER HOPE YOU HAVE MONEY...OTHERWISE NO MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR YOU!!!

Dr Bavry is special. She took care of of my pain including referring me to Dr. Patel who performed Minimum Invasive surgery removing scar tissue and fixing L5 L7 where the disc was bulged. I am feeling so find and appreciate thier detication to thier patients. The staff up front and schedulers were kind very helpful and consistently timely. Her RN's were completely professional. Thank you so much Dr. Bavery and Dr. Patel their team at the spine center.
