Communication is lacking No one seemed to know what was going on. What testing I was supposed to be having what was found during the testing how long I was supposed to be on a restricted diet after discharge or when I should followup with my surgeon. They were nice but didn’t have any information.

Not as good as previous visits. Folks were nice but seemed in a hurry. They wanted a urine sample but being a dialysis ESRD patient I rarely go. Around the time they were dismissing me I felt that I needed to go asked for a urinal but was told that there was a restroom in the lobby where I could go. I WAS THERE BECAUSE I HAD BACK AND HIP PAIN AND COULD BARELY STAND???????

This ER WAS TERRIBLE I was here a couple of nights ago. One pt with covid was coughing up his lungs. He was super sick. You want to know how I know he was covid positive? The nurse came out And told the other nurse right in front of me. Not only did they not sanitize his seat they put it right back out and someone else came right after and sat right in it. They did not sanitize even one time. I actually sanitized my own seat. The RN was directing other patients that were walking in to other hospitals. She never sanitized the equipment from one patient to the other. She wasn’t wearing a mask. I asked her are you all not scared to catch covid and she said “No” but clearly they aren’t scared to let others catch it from others. You wonder why covid is spreading? Because of ERs like this Just disgusting. I will be reporting this to OSHA CDC and anyone else until this is fixed. You all should be ashamed
