My mom got her surgery here with Doctor Long Nguyen and everyone was extremely helpful and kind.

BEWARE Emergency Doctors not a specialist OUT OF NETWORKI called Medical City Alliance and ask if their Emergency Doctors are InNetwork with Cigna. The lady told me they were. But if they had to call a specialist in they wouldnt have any control over if they were InNetwork. I did not see a Specialist. I saw Dr Kyle Hartman DO and he is not innetwork with Cigna. Now I can only hope that Dr Hartman will accept the amount that a InNetwork provider would have received. Otherwise I have to pay the difference.

Had an unexpected visit to the ER on 1016. Hands down without a doubt the absolute best ER experience I have ever had. The care I received was exceptional. Professional and expeditious but most importantly compassionate. When everything seemed to be going wrong ALL of the medical staff at MCA made sure to help it go right. Thank you for all they did

I just had my second baby here and the care I received was just as good as the first time around. The nurses in labor and delivery in particular are angels. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Everyone I met was courteous polite and caring. The staff moved me right along from arrival to pre op to post op without much delay. Completing paperwork online ahead of time definitely helped make the process smooth. All my questions were answered effectively and efficiently.

Although my experience with Alliance was short minor surgery I have never been treated with such professionalism and courtesy by any hospital I have experienced. From admitting to dismissal the experience was first class.

I will start with the fact that I have not been to an ER in 22 years. I do not take medicine RX pain relievers. I only use BC Midol and natural remedies. I went in due to ongoing SEVERE pelvic pain. I have a high pain tolerance and was at my maximum level of bearable pain. I stressed that it is radiating into my lower back and hips causing me to have extremely little daily mobility. The PA who was a large male came in and without warning started pushing very hard on my abdomin. Talk about pain I explained I also have an auto inflammatory disorder they didnt appear to know anything about it and one of the PAs made a comment that I think I have an auto inflammatory disorder. I do NOT THINK I do I KNOW I DO. I was diagnosed at 10 years old and live with it every day. I also stated that my 3 sisters all have severe endometriosis. After tests xrays and a sonogram the Dr literally came in for less than 90 seconds to tell me I have a cyst on one of my ovaries. He did not elaborate on how large or any other information. They did nothing to check for endometriosis. Everything they provided says cyst cause mild to no pain and said nothing about why I would be limited in mobility with hipback pain. It also states that cysts only last a few weeks and disappear. I have been in pain for several years with it escalating in the last 4 months. I am still in pain still cant walk for more than ten minutes wout feeling like Im being squeezed by a giant rubber band around my pelvic area AND the medicine they prescribed does nothing. The doctor they recommended I follow up with has horrible reviews including several regarding killing one patient and almost killing several others. I am less than impressed and feel bad for the few staff members that were awesome. The result I was diagnosed with one thing but something else is going on outside of that and they missed it. It was literally like being in a restaurant before closing time.....they were so fast and dismissive. Waste of my time for sure and exactly why I avoid Drs and hospitals.

Excellent care and almost so wait to see the staff. Very good service and everyone there was extremely friendly to me.
