I’ve been a client for about three years now. I’ve had a great experience with all of my clinicians and my procedures, however during my last appointment for touch up laser, they let me know that fees have increased 200% so the cost would now be triple for the same service. When customer service called me back after I sent an email they were like “it was just a business decision”. I can understand an increase in fees for service; but TRIPLE the amount with no warning seems a little harsh. Not disappointed in my services but I am disappointed in the way they take care of business with their clients
