List of Jill A Radack's Reviews
Dr Radack office staff has the medical competency equivalent of google search results. Radack was incapable of handling my daughters Turners Syndrome; medical condition approved for growth hormone. 12 months with no growth hormone bc her office couldn’t solve Norditropin back order. Doesn’t take a doctorate to learn medical compound alternative manufacturing for prescriptions. My daughters pharmacy and insurance were shocked by the negligence in treatment of which had a simple solution; “change brand manufacturer”.. her office would rather argue about growth hormone shortage than solve for the children. My only concern is my daughters health. insurance had solution for brand change to get her therapy on alternate brand. Received approval and Radack sent letter of patient withdrawal of care. Radack is clueless and lacks morality!! Recommend looking further than the fake reviews online.
Dr. Radack takes on new patients without the ability to manage her time. The first appointment my child had was in the morning at 8:15am, not a single person was in the huge waiting room in Southlake. We waited for 45 minutes in the room just for her to grace us with her presence. She walks in without apology and begins rushing through the appointment. After a bone age, and blood work her diagnosis was way off base per another more seasoned pediatric endocrinologist.
She has been the best Doctor i have ever had. She is understanding, nice, very careful in her decisions. And she has made my medical problem ten times better then it has ever been and i am very thankful she is my doctor.
Dr. Radack took care of my son and saved his life! She was patient, understanding and compassionate during a very stressful time in our lives. She is a nice person and truly cares about her patients and wants them to do well. She relates so well to children, even my other kids look forward to seeing her. I highly recommend this practice and so glad we found Dr. Radack.
I have never written a review on a doctor before, so you know it had to have been a letdown for me to even go about posting this. I was very disappointed with Dr. Radack's approach at our first appointment. She did not appear really interested in making any sort of connection to my child, nor did she spend a great deal of time with us. I know their time is valuable, but I felt like we were a bother. Not very thorough and an overall negative experience. We won't be back! Love Cooks and the facilities were beautiful, but Dr. Radack was not anywhere close to the type of care we normally receive from Cooks (and we've been using them for 18+ years).
Dr. Radack was very kind and sensitive to my daughter's needs. She has been very diligent in providing good medical care to my daughter and my sons as well. The office in Denton, has been very helpful and prompt in returning calls and getting lab results to my family. I am please with her care and my daughter feels comfortable with Dr. Radack.
Dr. Radack was rude and inexperienced. I would not bring my daughter to her again.
Dr. Radack nor anyone in her office REFUSES to respond to any messages. My daughter went to Dr. Radack months ago, my husband and I have each called this office numerous times to find out the results of the blood and other tests. They will not return phone calls. We have no idea what the results are of any of her tests. One would hope that if there was a severe problem they would let us know...one would hope. I'm assuming that since Dr. Radack and her staff care so little about people that my hope may be misplaced. This is a Pediatric Endocrinology practice...sad!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
